We Arrange the Viewing

We contact the estate agent or seller and arrange access to the property.

You don’t need to be in Spain.

We attend the property in person and carry out your chosen viewing service.

We look at the property itself, its general visible condition and the immediate surroundings.

You’ll receive photographs, video and our observations from the viewing.
